Pose Party Post creates customized mobile experiences and event activations based on the specific details of each event.
Because event services may involve reserved dates, advance planning, staffing, travel, customized materials, and products purchased specifically for an event, refund and cancellation eligibility may vary based on the service purchased and the stage of event preparation.
Event Bookings
The refund and cancellation terms applicable to a booked event will be provided in the client’s service agreement, proposal, invoice, or booking documentation.
Clients should review those terms carefully before submitting payment.
If the terms contained in a signed event agreement differ from the general information on this page, the signed agreement will control.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled event, please contact Pose Party Post as soon as possible.
Any refund, credit, rescheduling option, or amount retained will be determined according to the cancellation provisions included with your specific booking.
Certain payments or expenses may be non-refundable once planning, purchasing, customization, travel arrangements, or other event preparation has begun.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and the terms of the applicable event agreement.
Pose Party Post will make reasonable efforts to accommodate eligible rescheduling requests when possible, but availability for a new date cannot be guaranteed.
Customized and Event-Specific Items
Products, supplies, décor, materials, or other items purchased or customized specifically for an event may be non-refundable once ordered, produced, personalized, or prepared.
Party in a Box
Refund, cancellation, replacement, and shipping terms applicable to Party in a Box purchases may differ from terms for staffed mobile event services.
Any specific terms presented during the Party in a Box ordering process or associated with an individual purchase will apply to that order.
